My home is a 1008 sq. ft. condo in a complex of 35 condos built in 1982. There are a couple of glorious redwoods right outside the front door. The place has been completely updated with galley kitchen, bamboo floors, double sink bathroom. Open floor plan and lots of light. Children are welcome! I have lots of toys, a doll house, children's books, etc.
You wouldn't know you were close to the urban Bay Area in the sleepy working class town of El Sobrante. But in two minutes you can get on the freeway I-80 which can take you San Francisco, Marin County and Lake Tahoe.
