Our comfortable sweet home is in Els Boscos de Tarragona (‘Forest of Tarragona’) 5 km from the ancient Roman city of Tarragona on the Costa Dorada. It’s situated in a quiet residential area on the edge of the hills.
The house is 110m2 with two floors, front little garden, back patio and a garage. It is a little house.
Downstairs are the living/dining room (open fire), kitchen, toilet, laundry room. Outside, in the front is the lovely little garden. In the back, a patio with barbeque. In the garage we keep all the outdoor sports games and gear. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Our bedroom has a balcony looking out over the hills. The boys room has a bunkbed and another bedroom has a single bed.

The local bus to Tarragona is at the end of our street. The beach is a 2min drive away and the hills are on our doorstep as well as playgrounds with basketball/football courts.
It’s a peaceful area with the forest and away from the buildings and the noise of the town. But there’s still the convenience of the local shops at 5 minutes walking distance - supermarket, pizza restaurant, bar, etc. 100 meters down the street, there are two playgrounds for the little ones, and a basketball/football court and ping-pong for the older kids.
Our local beach, Platja Llarga, is about 1 km away. 3 km long, it’s one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada. It’s very beautiful to walk/run along the beach in either direction. There aren’t any high rise buildings, but you will find some lovely restaurants and the sailing club. The crystal clear water and the golden sand makes it a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy your sunbathing. Or enjoy the cliff walks with breathtaking views, also you can dissapear into the beautiful nature of the cliffs towards the northside, which will take you to two nudist wild beaches.
