Who are the HomeExchange Chat Ambassadors?
The HomeExchange Chat Ambassadors are home exchange experts and active members of the HomeExchange Community. With many successful home exchanges completed, our Chat Ambassadors can answer most of your questions and concerns regarding a home exchange. From questions like “how do I find a home exchange?” to “how do I contact other members?”, or “what photos of my home should I share?”, these wonderful volunteers have done it all.

How to ask a Chat Ambassador for assistance?
Everything you need is just a click away on the HomeExchange website! You don’t even have to be a member to get help from our Chat Ambassadors! Look for the “Need Help” button at the bottom of every HomeExchange page. Click the button, write a short message with your question and in a few minutes one of our Chat Ambassadors will have an answer for you!

Join the HomeExchange Facebook Groups!
To join the HomeExchange Facebook Groups click the button below and choose the group (or groups) you want to join. An administrator will accept your request shortly.
Note: You will be prompted to provide your HomeExchange listing number or the email associated with your account so that we can ensure that you are a member!
How to share your listing to find potential guests?
Once logged into your HomeExchange account, select “My home” from the drop-down menu under “Profile”. Under the menu on the left side of your Calendar, select “View the listing” (highlighted in blue in the image below). This will bring you to your home's page from the perspective of other members. Copy the URL address of your listing.
Note: make sure you have the correct URL by checking that it does not contain the word “edit”, and it says "view" instead. The last section of the URL is your listing number.
How to share your listing in the HomeExchange Facebook Groups?
In one of the HomeExchange Facebook Groups, write your post. Are you looking to go somewhere specific at a certain time period? Maybe you’re just searching for an adventure! Do you have a furry friend that needs to be looked after while you’re away? Include some details about your exchange needs in your post. Before posting, don’t forget to paste the URL to your home.
You can also use the Facebook Groups to share your home exchange stories with the community. The community loves sharing tips, recommendations, and photos of the adventures they go on!
