Do you need an atypical house to be a part of the HomeExchange community?
Quick answer...NO! Unique homes are not a requirement, but they do expand our vacation options. Many members underestimate just how attractive their home could be. Size, location, availability, and amenities, are all important when choosing a home exchange, each criterion has a different value for each member. The sheer diversity of our HomeExchange community is what makes it so attractive and helps in increasing your chances of finding an exchange.
For example, Simone lives in a small condo in the center of Montréal and wants to find a spacious home in Costa Rica, with a pool, where she can stay with her family. Roberto and his wife Maria, are the owners of a villa in Costa Rica and are looking to explore a vibrant city in North America. Despite owning very different homes, Simone and Roberto are ideal candidates for organizing an exchange!
