Hello everyone,
We are pleased to announce that we are launching a new section to let you know what we, the HomeExchange team, do for you. There are 4 people on our Product Team: Virginie, Nathalie, Kate, Clément. Our job is to identify, design, specify and prioritize future improvements on our website, in collaboration with designers and developers and other teams in the company such as our Happiness Team, who acts as a bridge between you, our Members, and HomeExchange. We listen to our Members to know their opinion about certain key features in order to better understand and to meet their needs.
There are 12 people on the Development Team. This team works on the technical side of things: coding the site to make it as simple as possible for you and to resolve any bugs that may arise.
To give you some figures, our Product and Development Team has ...
- 16 people (3 Product Managers, 2 Designers, 10 Developers, 1 Data Scientist)
- about 1 “deployment" per week. In other words, updates or improvements appear on the site every week!
- Our team has gone on a combined 48 exchanges, in 10 countries around the world
