| The Home |
Our beautiful old remodelled summer house is a few meters from the sea. 200 meters away from it you'll find our charming, unique sea shack on the water. The house is built in 1902 and we have put a lot of effort in redecorating it but still keeping the old charm.
The house comprises: On the main floor is an open kitchen with dining area, a living room with two original tile stoves, a bedroom and a small bathroom. On the upper floor there is one master bedroom and one bedroom en-suite with a beautiful view of the sea.
In the basement is a large newly redecorated bathroom with a sauna.
The sea shack on the water comprises: A large open area approx. 50 sq.m with all old original fishing gear still hanging on the walls. From here you walk right out onto the large jetty where our motor boat is ready for use. On the second floor there are three beds, sitting area and another fantastic view of the sea. The top floor is redecorated but basic. The Sea Shack doesn't have running water or a bathroom but its close to the main house.

| The Neighborhood |
| In spring and summer Hovenäset is paradise from May to August. In the morning you can dive right into the ocean from our private jetty. During the day you can go by boat to nearby Smögen, which is an old famous fishing village, full with sea food restaurants and shops. Or just stay in Hovenäset and walk around in the picturesque village away from all the tourists and nightlife that you will find in Smögen in summer. |

We are flexible since we can do a non-simultaneously exchange. For us to go skiing would be most convinient from the beginning of February to end of March.

| The Destination |

We would like to find a "chalet" for a week in the alps close to a skiing area. Preferably close to a village.

| The People |
Our family consists of me Svante, my wife Karolina and our two sons Theodor (3) and our new born Malte. We are 32 years old and love travelling, skiing, sailing and meeting new people. I am an investor and Karolina a dental technician. We are proud of our summer house and think its great to be able to share it with another curious family. We are a nice and calm family who would take great care of your home. When I was a child my family exchanged my parents summerhouse with a chalet in the Alps every year. We would love to do the same thing.
